How to track my order?

We’ll inform you via an email once your order is shipped out. Log into your account, and you will find shipping details under “My Orders”. 

How long does it take for my order to ship?

The processing time is separate from the shipping time. Usually, it takes 3-7 business days to prepare the order. Occasionally, the higher quality items might have a slightly longer preparation time in addition to the 7-10 business days for shipping.

How long will the order take to arrive?

We put a lot of energy on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. You will receive your order in 6-17 business days from the date it is placed.

Delivery FAQ

Why does the tracking service show that the package has been delivered, but I did not receive anything?

Packages might be delivered to your mail box or signed by your neighbors. We suggest you check in your mail box and with your neighbors first. If you cannot find it, check for your package with the shipping company. Remember to bring your ID! If you still cannot find your package neither, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Why was my package returned?

The following reasons might cause the return of your package:

1) Wrong or incomplete delivery address

2) Invalid phone number

3) Misc. reasons

Feel free to contact us if you were not able to retrieve the package from the shipping company or local post office.

What happens if I am not in when my order arrives?

Signature may be necessary when the package is to be delivered, so it is preferable for you or somebody else to be at home. If you have missed the package, please check with your local shipping company or post office with your tracking number to pick up the parcel as soon as possible.

The tracking service shows that the attempted delivery of my package was unsuccessful, (or my package has been returned back to sender). What should I do?

Check for your package with the shipping company or local post office with the tracking number first.Remember to bring your ID! 

If you still cannot find your package, contact us Customer Service as soon as possible. We will offer you an appropriate solution accordingly.

Return FAQ

How do I return an item?

If you are not 100% satisfied with the purchase, you have up to 30 days of receipt if an item is right for you. Just get in touch with us by sending us a ticket(contact us). Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.

Can I have a full refund for the return?

We will offer a full refund of items you have returned. However please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping fee.

Which items cannot be returned or refunded?

Bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves,bags, and mermaid blankets) cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons.

How long does it take for the refund to be processed?

The refund will be issued within 7 business days receipt by our warehouse and verified the conditions of the items.

What if I received a defected item?

If you received a defected item, you may also contact us by submitting a ticket within 30 days of delivery. Please send us a description of the defection with a few photos. We will then get the issue resolved as soon as possible. If you return the item without confirming with our customer service first, our staff may not be able to accept the item you returned. The refund request will also not be processed.

What if I received a wrong item?

If you received a wrong item, you may contact us by submitting a ticket within 30 days of delivery.

Please send us a few photos of  the label on the wrong package you received as reference, and the order ID you should have received.If you return the items without confirming with our customer service first, our staff may not be able to accept the items you returned. The refund request will also not be processed.

Products FAQ

Where are your products sent from?

At the moment, we have warehouses located in the United States, Europe, and China. Products will be sent as per the principle of proximity.

How do I choose my size?

You may use the size measurements on each product page for your reference. Please choose the best fit after taking note of your own measurements and comparing them to the measurements to each size on the website.

Will the sold out products be back in stock?

If an item is marked as “Sold Out”, we suggest you check the site frequently within the next two weeks in case it restocks. However, if it does not restock within the next few weeks, it is likely to be removed from our online store.

What does one-size mean?

One size does not mean the item will fit all, it means however, that the item comes only in one size. In order to meet the satisfaction of every client, different items will be made in different sizes. The size details will be shown on each product page. Please take the size measurement into consideration before placing an order.

Payment FAQ

Why was my payment was declined?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and Maestro.

If you have trouble paying via credit card: Please check the details of your card info to make sure they are correct,including the expiration date, cardholder name, security code on the back of your card as well as the billing address. Please ensure that you have not reached the card limit or if the card is currently being reviewed by your bank. In case your payment is still refused, we suggest you try a different card or payment method. 

If the advice above does not work, please contact your bank or submit a ticket with as much detail along with the error messages.

Why isn't my promo code working?

Firstly, check if your code has been added successfully. Then please note if the code already expired.

When will I be charged?

Money will be taken immediately once it is authorized. An email will be sent to you to confirm your order. But if your card is not authorized or is under the status of pre-authorization, payment will not be taken. You may contact your bank or card issuer to authorize the payment. Please note that even if a payment isn’t authorized, it may still appear as though CharlyLifeStyle has proceeded with the transactions. This occurs because some card issuers still hold the funds, for a short period of time.

What currencies do your accept for payment?

We accept the following currencies: US Dollar, Euro, Pound Sterling, Norwegian Krone, Australian Dollar, Switzerland Francs, Canadian Dollar, Swedish Krona, Brazil Reais, Polish Zloty, Russian Ruble, Mexican Peso, Danish Krona, Argentine Peso, Saudi Arabian Riyal, Japanese Yen, Hongkong Dollar, Singapore Dollar.
